At Polish’D Nail Boutique, we value your time and ours. Our policies are designed to ensure smooth scheduling, respect for our nail technicians’ time, and fairness to all clients who wish to book appointments. Please review our booking, cancellation, and punctuality policies below before scheduling your appointment.

We use Vagaro for online booking. To better accommodate all clients and reduce no-shows, the following applies:
Credit Card on File: A card will be required to book appointments online through Vagaro.
Frequent No-Shows: Clients who repeatedly no-show or cancel late when booking by phone will also be asked to keep a card on file.
These policies ensure that our nail technicians’ busy schedules remain available to clients who are ready and able to attend.

Cancelling without proper notice prevents us from offering that appointment to other clients. For respect of everyone’s time, the following applies:
Late Cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice): Fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
No Shows: Fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
Second No Show: You will no longer be able to pre-book appointments and will only be seen as a walk-in. (blocked account)
Same-Day Appointments: May be cancelled/rescheduled with at least 1 hour’s notice. Less than 1 hour = 50% fee. (This includes rescheduling.)
Confirmation messages are sent at the time of booking and prior to your appointment as reminders.

Please arrive on time or ideally 5 minutes early. Late arrivals disrupt the schedule for all clients. If we fall behind we try our best to give you a call, we may not have time to always reach out to our clients, please call the salon to confirm if we are running on schedule.
15+ Minutes Late (without notice): Appointment will be forfeited and you’ll be treated as a walk-in (first come, first served).
If tardiness leads to cancellation/rescheduling, it will be considered a late cancellation and subject to a 50% fee.
We implement these policies to respect clients who arrive on time and to ensure all services run smoothly.

Nail Breaks / Chips
We stand by the quality of our work and will gladly fix any breaks, chips, or issues within 7 days of your appointment at no cost. After 7 days, any repairs will be considered regular maintenance and a service fee will apply.Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with the color, shape, or design of your nails, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make adjustments right away. If concerns are brought to our attention after you leave, we will carefully review the situation and any corrections may be subject to a fee.

*We understand that life happens. In the event of unforeseen events beyond your control that arise after booking which make it impracticable to show up for an appointment, please email us at info@polishdnailboutique.com when you can ,about the situation and we will speak with you personally to try and resolve it.

A: Yes, all online bookings require a credit card on file to secure your spot. This helps us reduce no-shows and ensures availability for clients who are ready to book.

A: Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed. Booking in advance is the best way to secure your desired time and nail tech.

A: Absolutely! When booking through Vagaro, you’ll have the option to select your preferred nail tech. If they’re fully booked, you may either choose another tech or join the waitlist.
If you’re new to the salon and would like to see a specific nail technician, please add a note in the booking section that says “Requesting [Tech’s Name]”. Unfortunately, Vagaro does not always show us whether you selected a tech specifically or were booked with the next available appointment. -
A: All of our technicians are skilled, but not every tech specializes in detailed nail art or advanced designs. If you’re looking for intricate nail art, please contact us prior to booking so we can match you with the right tech.

A: No, nail art is not included in base services. You must book a service that includes or adds nail art. Prices vary depending on the number of nails, complexity, and colors used.

A: Nail art pricing varies. Simple designs may be an additional $5–$15, while more detailed artwork may be an additional $30+ and custom artwork will cost more. Please confirm pricing with your nail tech before your appointment starts.

A: Bring inspiration photos or ideas! Our techs can also help you during your appointment. If you’re unsure about pricing or design complexity, feel free to email us before your appointment so we can provide guidance.

A: Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Appointments can be cancelled anytime before the 12-hour cutoff directly through the Vagaro app, through your confirmation email or by calling the salon. -
A: Please let us know right away. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be altered or rescheduled, if rescheduled a late cancellation fee may apply.

A: Hard Gel is a durable enhancement that adds strength and/or length and cannot be soaked off (it must be filed down). Lasts 2-4 weeks.
Gel Polish is a long-lasting color applied like polish and cured under a LED light—it can be soaked off. Lasts 1.5-3 weeks.

A: We recommend scheduling fills every 2–3 weeks and not extending beyond 4 weeks. If nail growth is significant, a new set may be required to maintain strength and appearance.

A: Yes! Physical and E-Gift cards are available in any amount and can be purchased in the salon or online through our “Gift Card” Tab (GiftUp!)
